Metal powder in Ti Gr 23 / 3.7164
The Hempel low oxygen Ti64Gr23 metal powder is designed for powder-bed based 3d metal printing. It is manufactured by the electrode induction gas atomization process (EIGA). This crucible free manufacturing process guarantees a high purity of the metal powder. Metal powders are spherical and possess a high packing density and flow ability. We guarantee a low Oxygen content below 0.10 ma%. The low Oxygen content allows an increased reusability of the powder. The powder is suitable for demanding medical and aerospace applications. The powder meets specifications ASTM B348 Gr23 and ASTM F136.
